Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide to us is looked after carefully. This is why we do the following:
- Any information gathered about you (your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) is kept on a secure server, purely for the purpose of handling your purchase and to update you on changes to our website's offers.
- After 1 year, your details will be transferred to a back-up server. We keep these details so that we have a history of your previous purchases.
- We do not and will not sell, distribute or otherwise disclose information you have provided to us in order to process your transaction.
- We do not keep details of your credit cards, as these are processed externally by LloydsTSB's SecPay/Paypoint service.
This website does have a small number of links that take you away from our shop. We cannot be held responsible for the content of the other sites, however we would always be interested to learn about your experience with these other sites. If you believe the sites we link to act in a manner that is not in the same spirit as our site, please let us know and we will reconsider the inclusion of their site in our linking page.
If you would like access to your personal data maintained on our site, we would be pleased to provide this to you. Under the terms of the Data Protection Act, we are required to provide such information, for a small administration fee of £10.00 payable by Cheque to Clayton Horsnell Ltd.
